My PC computer hard drive crashed, and the only copy of my music was on my IPhone4. Saved me hundreds of hundreds of dollars of re-purchasing all my music. I would have paid much more than the What an incredible program. This app could not be any easier if I'd written it myself. So with that said I needed something I could figure out. I lost all of my music off my macbook due to user error me being the user. Okay here's the deal, I wanted to put all my music from all my apple devices onto my macbook. I've used it multiple times to upload from my iPod to the computer. I bit the bullet and bought that program and am so glad I did! O yeah guys With no hope I went searching for alternatives to transfer my music from an iphone 4 to my new mac. The free Demo only transfers 1, songs, which doesn't help much if your ipod is as loaded as mine is. Plus, the newest version is very fast and the tech support is great. It is a legitimate program that saves your files and gives you a piece of mind. I had to manually drag all the songs into itunes from Senuti, but it gave me more control and I was able to put all the real files back on iTunes. Senuti marked most of my songs as already transferred to iTunes, even though the original files on itunes could not be located. If you are attempting to transfer audio from your ipod to your computer, the songs will not automatically go to itunes if there is any trace of ghost files on your computer from the songs. This is the only reliable program for retrieving media back to your computer.

I am satisfied with the purchase of this product and would highly recommend it. My iPod has required an update for years, but not having all of my songs on my iTunes library was hindering me. I have no complaints because for a super long time I put off purchasing this type of software.
